Great Place - Great Price - Centrally loctated

There was an initial issue, the problem was immediately addresses and corrected, I appreciated the quick response and attention to detail. Very clean and modern, a very nice place to stay while in SLC.

Lotus A was better than expected. Secure garage parking included in the cost was very convenient. Contact and communication with property manager was excellent!

It’s pretty good

It’s a nice place conveniently located, but it was a little frustrating because it’s not well explained where things are. It’s a mystery till about two days before you go where the place is. The parking pass and key fob. I have no idea what it was. I look around for 30 minutes. I suggest that they include instructions in the hotel app instead of these emails that constantly go to junk other than that it’s a nice place.
