"The property was in a wonderful location. It was so nice to escape for a week after first visiting Athens. It felt like a true getaway. The cove in the property was one of the best places we've ever swam in. Our room had a great view of the sunset from right outside our window. Within a 3 minute walking distance to the beach which also allowed for some great swims. "Our ocean view balcony was amazing! The suite was well equipped. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool was a pleasant temperature. The pool deck could have used more lounge chairs. Most days they were being saved and no one was actually using them. Staff needed around pool area. Could enforce rules about not holding loungers with personal items and towels for hours without using the loungers."

"We had a lovely, relaxing stay at the Galini Palace Resort Hotel. The overall atmosphere was calm and peaceful throughout, as the hotel is located in a quiet area away from the main tourist crowds. The Highlights: The absolute star of the hotel is the pool area - it is large, beautiful, crystal clear, and offers great view of the sea. The staff were also extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The food variety in the dining room was impressive, and while not every dish was to our personal taste, we always found plenty to enjoy. Areas for Improvement: There were a few minor issues that kept this from being a true 5-star experience: Pool Hours: The pool hours are quite limited (10:30 AM – 6:30 PM). We felt it would be much better if it opened earlier and stayed open later in the evening, especially during the long summer days. Room Amenities: For a 5-star hotel, we expected more luxury touches. For example there were no bathrobes, and it was disappointing to be charged an extra daily fee to use the room safe. Maintenance & Cleanliness: The showerhead in our room was completely clogged. Also, there was a strange, strong smell of cleaning products in the hallway outside our room, which wasn't very pleasant. Overall, a very enjoyable stay in a beautiful setting. With a little more attention to the small details and operating hours, it would be perfect."

"This is a nice modern hotel right near the beach and port. We had a view of the water and could walk to old town easily. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us helpful answers to our tourist questions and were always available. Chania was a charming city that we wish we had one more night at. We would stay here again if we ever make it back."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always willing to help with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to the main attractions while still being peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
