Hotel Cosmopolitan

8/10 Good

"Wonderful staff. A little dirty side of town but the grocery store and laundry were close by. Very clean."

Starhotels Tuscany

10/10 Excellent

"An Exceptional Stay — Truly a Five-Star Experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at Starhotels Tuscany in Florence, Italy! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, kindness, and exceptional hospitality. Every member of the staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, respectful, attentive, and professional. Their willingness to assist and make our stay as comfortable as possible truly stood out. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, impeccably clean, elegant, and welcoming. Every detail contributed to a wonderful atmosphere of comfort and relaxation. As a mother traveling with my young daughter, feeling safe, comfortable, and well cared for is especially important to me. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. We felt completely at ease, and the kindness of the staff made our experience even more memorable. What makes a hotel truly exceptional is not just its beautiful facilities, but the people who make guests feel genuinely welcome. Starhotels Tuscany has mastered both. I absolutely loved this hotel! It was one of those experiences that leaves you feeling grateful and wishing you could stay longer. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit to Florence so special. You truly represent hospitality at its finest! I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, especially to families traveling with children. We would happily stay here again! ❤️🇮🇹"

aparto Florence Manifattura

10/10 Excellent

"We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our room, the size of the beds, and how comfortable they are. Super clean rooms. No breakfast, or near by places where to have a good cup of coffee, no refrigerator, or tea kettle in the room, no hair dryer either. Overall a great place to stay on a budget friendly hostel."

Boston

10/10 Excellent

"Great hotel, not too far from either train station. Staff are lovely. Breakfast was great, loads of choice. Only downside was our room, which despite being the largest room in the hotel, felt very impersonal and clinical, and the toilet flush was damaged, though it did work. Also we were in the eaves, so very little view or natural light. Access to the swimming pool was a bonus! Loved Montecatini, would stay again, but in a different room."
