The sheet is not dry, and I felt itchy after I slept on the bed. The room and bathroom are too small, it doesn’t clean compare to other hotel, the service not welcome at all.

The hotel was great for our family vacation, parking was convenient and it is about 5-10 minute walk from the train or bus station. There is option to get breakfast, we did not use this service but it is convenient. Close to convenient food and the service was great

We raised several concerns during our stay, including a leaking bathroom, a mysterious bloodstain on the bed present since check-in (I have photos - staff refused to change the sheets despite multiple requests, and to be clear, the blood was not ours), and flooring that was lifting. After just a few nights, we chose to leave and booked another hotel. Expedia contacted the property on our behalf, but the response? No refund for the unused nights. Although I received an apology email from the hotel acknowledging the issues, they still refused to make things right. Sadly, it's not surprising considering they couldn't even be bothered to replace blood-stained sheets.

If I stayed at this hotel for sightseeing, I could give a full mark. Nevertheless, this time, it was a business trip. The time spent in the hotel room was probably much longer than that of average tourists. There was only a small table occupied by one of my two laptops. I used the other one on a bed. No power supplies around the table. The room was on a lower floor and was noisy every night. During my stay, the weather was beautiful. I opened a window every early morning, but I couldn't open the curtains because residents in an adjacent apartment could look into the room. Meanwhile, the room was always spotless. Breakfast is excellent for me, both in terms of quality and quantity. A couple of cafes are around the hotel, and I could enjoy having a nice meal every night.

Fleas in the duvet of our first room and had to change rooms. After that our room code wasn’t working and we had to wait in a long line for customer service to get in to our room. Also the walls are paper thin, to the point you can hear people in the adjacent rooms roll over in bed and you have to whisper at all times.

The staff was super friendly and nice. This is the most positive point about this hotel. Considering it was cheap I'll say it was okay. The beds are ok. Our bathroom had a few technical problems with the toilet flush and the sink drain cap that was completely stuck, but we got help from the nice guy at the reception. The hotel was also very noisy as if the walls were made of paper so if you want to sleep in the morning avoid. It was close to the tram and from the tram station about 20 minutes from downtown. The breakfast is cheap and good so it's worth it before a long day visiting to gain time.

It is an okay hotel, it is close to the tram line. Our bed were two single beds with rolls on the legs pushed tohether so there was a gap between them that widened when we layed to close to it. So we were actually sleeping in two beds. Also the cleaning staff took our tupperware - we don‘t know how you can mistake this with trash. We didn‘t get it back.

There is nothing unique about this property. It is inconvenient, and the area did not feel very safe. Worst of all, there is NO sound-proofing so that all night long, you hear people making noise. The bathroom was not clean and run down. The beds were not comfortable. It was by no means a 3-star hotel. I would say it was a 1-star hotel.

The property was incredible! They have an all day spa in your room that you can’t regulate. In addition to that useless A/C in the room, you also have it blowing mold. The cobwebs are a nice touch getting close to Halloween. And when you think that’s all, they surprise you with a queen bed that’s actually two doubles put next to one another! This was one of the best one star motel I could’ve ever wished for. The only good part of this was that the wifi was down for 4 days (the whole length of our trip) which allowed me to self mediate on my decisions to book this one star motel. The shower was fine.

Wenn man in ein Hotel möchte, was laut und hellhörig ist, dann bucht man in diesem B&B Hotel. An der Rezeption wird man belächelt, wenn man eine Frage hat. Sehr arrogantes Personal, die Dame war sehr unhöflich. Im Zimmer ist es der Art laut, denn die Wände bestehen aus Pappe und sind dünn. Den Nachbar hört man so laut reden, er könnte im eigenen Zimmer sein. Türen werden generell zugeschlagen. Warmes Wasser vermissen wir seit 5 Tagen!!! wird anscheinend gesparrt, wie beim Frühstückbuffet. Kaum Wurst, kein sauberen Teller, Tassen oder Gläser. Filterkaffee wird angezeigt, gibt es aber nicht. Ansonsten wirklich abgewohnt und schäbig, von Sauberkeit kaum zu reden. Siehe Bilder des Zimmers. Für 6 Nächte 1000€ dafür, kaum zu glauben was man dafür bekommt. Grauenhaft ist Geschmeichel

When I tried to contact the hotel for directions, it was very challenging. Since I couldn't understand the accent, I asked for an email. I was never sent the email. Several hours later, I called 5 times, and no one answered the phone. The positive was when I was at the hotel, the staff helped arrange a taxi in the morning. The neighborhood did not feel safe at night. The tram stop is a 10 minute walk from the hotel.
