"Puncuk pass resort is located at one of the best locations in Puncuk. However, resort is very old, not maintained probably due to covid and infrastructure is very old and broken. In our room, all furnishings and towels were very dirty and old. Furniture was also not satisfactory. Condition of swimming pool and outside area needs proper maintenance and cleanliness. "We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Tulip on Guelis mountain near Bogor. The sight of the environment is fantastic. Staff was wonderful, more than professional. Really kind people glad to be of help. Especially Pak Rian of reception was extraordinary by organising personnel to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter, the special gifts, and enquiring afterwards how we liked it. Really good"

"One of the less expensive hotels I looked at but with the best reviews and i can see why now! Excellent in every way and all the staff were so respectful, helpful and friendly. Special mention for Peni , a trainee, who went out of her way to help me. Also Sheira . Both ladies are a real asset to the Hotel . "When I searched for the hotel it showed me that it is a 5 star hotel but it wasn’t, it was a 4 star hotel. It was very noisy in the weekend and that is because the rooms are not sound proof. Food in the restaurants was not that good and I was served a smiley spoiled fish. Also the price was a little expensive for such type of hotel. Frankly speaking will never stay there again. "
