Fabulous

Really great hotel! Personalised service on checkin, with a tour of the hotel and facilities. Very friendly staff all the time. Great extra touches like a tablet with built in wi-fi hotspot for use on the beach etc, bed was done each night, everything was done very nicely. We also had the breakfast and dinner included, which was great - very lovely restaurant on the roof with great views and very nice food. You have to book each night for dinner though (as it's a proper menu, not a buffet),...

After several years coming to Maspalomas i finally found the place to be! Nice property, large rooms, and most important: the staff! They really made me feel very welcome. Specially Edu and David! They are treasures! Thank you both for making my stay something else! Just can't wait to be back!

This place was an overall great experience. I loved that rooms have a separate walk-in closet and additional interior walls from (outside) corridor. Food is amazing. Rooms clean, all facilities cleaned more than daily. Quite an attentive staff. Oriental decor was a great vibe. Evening entertainment not great but far better than comparable hotels in Playa which I also visited.

We stayed in 2 bedroom house ,it was clean and nice ,the location is remote and if you don't have a car will be a problem, the wifi was bad ,the staff was very nice ,they cleaned everyday the house and the pool .

The room is located in a semi circle of accomadation . The room was very large with two single beds . The beds were very comfortable with quality bedding ., The furniture in the room work table , double sofa with a espresso coffee machine as bonus ., The bathroom was excellent , spotless , very strong rain shower enclosure ., The resort is top quality with large pool , pool lounging area and entertainment area. I partook in full board , breakfast and dinner was excellent wort varied choice for...

I spent 5 nights at the Villa Del Conde with my sister. We had a wonderful time of quiet relaxation. Staff were efficient and attentive. The rooms were extremely spacious and spotlessly clean. Our room was located near the "Quit Pool" and was perfectly situated for easy access to all amenities. Breakfast was excellent with a vast array of fruits, meats, cheeses and breads on offer. My only criticisms would be that for a hotel of this caliber one would expect WiFi to be free throughout the hotel...

A very good hotel. Lots of parking spaces. A bit far to the beach but there is a free bus to the beach (3 times per day). Close to the Yumbo shopping center. 2 nice swimming pools, gym, football / basketball court, tennis court. Nice staff everywhere. My kids loved the evening animations. Large selection of food and drink during all meals. In our 2 bedroom apartment there was everything you need e.g. a kettle, microwave, fridge, pots, pans, cutlery. There was even an xbox. My rating reduces the...

Room was clean, beautiful view. Staff super nice and the food brilliant. We didn't had a car so the location was perfect for us to use public transport to visit the island.

Good in everything food stay hotel service room has all 4 star standards recomend half board

A lovely oasis of calm to return to. Quiet at night. Beautifully kept grounds. Well designed bungalows with nice patio. About 25 minutes walk to the beach. Free buses were also available. Supermarket was 7-8 minutes walk away.

the hotel is in a quiet residential area a bus ride into main shopping and beaches .There is a lovely family feeling about the place and i felt it very welcoming from all the staff i met there. They seem to really enjoy their job and and make you feel like a guest and not an inconvenience. The hotel is spotlessly clean and my room was serviced every day and very well equipped fridge freezer, kettle iron micro, hob coffee maker and every thing worked!!! The room was a good size with a separate...

It was lovely I will be going back again

Close to the beach, fabulous gardens and pools even one heated. The breakfast was excellent, everything you could want. The staff were so friendly and all with very good English, beautiful rooms comfy beds spotless throughout. If I had one bad thing to say it is about the sun loungers, although plentiful they are sooooo uncomfortable, a little sponge topper would be perfect...
