"Make sure you bring an adaptive plug for the outlets to charge your phone! Stayed here for 3 days they ran out of queen size beds and had gave us a room with two beds for me and my husband we were NOT pleased, the bathroom was very nice and spacious only thing I loved about the property, the hotel was very close to the airport and certain food places, you have to make sure the key stays in the by the doorway in order for the power to work and the ac didn’t work properly"

"The hotel itself is pretty, but it isn't comfortable. The headboards make it hard to relax and it's not in a great area. I picked it because it was "near" the airport, only it actually is still 20 minutes by car and on top of that their "amenity" of a free shuttle to the airport I couldn't ride except three hours too early or after my flight took off. Kind of diminishes the whole amenity part of it. Lots of construction, not many restaurants around. Wasn't horrible, wasn't great."

"Clean room , bathroom sink could have been better. The coffee machine was not that great. Microwave would be a good addition for the room. Room and bathroom is spacious. Good storage. It is very far from the main city and a 15 min walk to the metro. Bus stop is near by. Breakfast not included and felt breakfast available at the hotel is expensive. But there are several nearby cafes "

"Nous avions une suite très grande avec une terrasse ( avec fenêtres genre solarium) Chambre 201. Très propre et bien entretenue. Bonne accueil du personnel. Cet hôtel est très bien situé pour le transport en commun. Nous avions une carte Multi transports pour 5 jours ( bus, trains de banlieue, et métro. Merci"

"The hotel was good. It’s not close to Madrid’s subway, so you have to take a taxi to get there. I would recommend it only if you have a car to move around. "

"Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was efficient and friendly. The airport shuttle was on time and very helpful. Restaurant was great and inexpensive. I would recommend this hotel. Not much around, but great if you need to be close to the airport."
