Villa Scipione Monaco is an independent villa immersed in the countryside, with a splendid view of the village of Fabbrica and located in the heart of Tuscany, between the provinces of Florence and Siena.

The villa is surrounded by a large garden with barbecue area and has a private seasonal outdoor swimming pool (12 x 6 m, 1.40 m deep) with sun umbrellas and sun beds. Parking is adjacent to the building. In recent years, in an effort to innovate in an ecological sense, the villa has been equipped with heating with an ecological pellet boiler and an air-conditioning system. Free Wi-Fi internet access is also available. The Villa is part of the Sant'Andrea farm, which extends over 600 hectares in the Chianti Classico area and has as its centre the ancient village of Fabbrica, where the Villa, the Church of Sant'Andrea and the wine ageing cellars are located. Around the village, the slopes with the best exposures have been assigned to vineyards, which are located at about 250 m above sea level and occupy about 50 hectares. The farm's agricultural activity also takes place on the hillsides where the olive groves are located, while the valleys and flat stretches are cultivated with arable land, part of which is irrigated with water from the farm's two large lakes. The Villa Sant'Andrea farm is part of the 'Fabbrica - Santa Cristina' wildlife and hunting farm; for those who enjoy walking and cycling, the surrounding area, covered by oak, holm-oak, acacia and cypress woods and pastures, where the typical wild animals of our area can be found, offers numerous itineraries in a splendid and unspoilt landscape.

In front of the main entrance to the villa is a large outdoor area with pergola and loggia; a covered dining area and barbecue area are available. Adjacent to the main entrance on the ground floor and accessible from the garden, there is a laundry room with washing machine.
