Great friendly staff especially

Did not expect to pay for indoor pool. Taught 8€ bit steep . Girls on reception and at indoor pool so so nice . Very approachable and helpfull

The experience was fantastic i loved everything about the resort and would hope to return again at a later date.

Yes, the room was clean. However, there was a stale smell of smoke in the room that the staff did take care of. The staff were excellen - helpful, pleasant and extremely professional. The breakfast was also excellent- a real pleasure I would say. The hotel is also in a really good location, situated as it is right on the edge of the historical centre with everything within walking distance.

Really enjoyed our stay. From the time we booked in at reception, the receptionist took great effort to explain the attractions of the city and how to get to each one. Beautiful, clean, well-maintained hotel.
