The space

🛌 The space is a cozy 1-bedroom cottage (364-square feet) with a comfy queen bed.

👥 Whilst it's best for 2 people, it does also come with a futon and can fit up to 4 guests if you don't mind being in each other's space!

👩‍🍳 The open kitchen includes a gas range, microwave and toaster.

☕️ A Keurig coffee machine and an initial supply of coffee pods, tea and other essentials provided, too!

✅ You'll be close enough for ocean breezes, but the place does come with a mini-split heating and cooling system.

🖥️ High-speed internet and smart TV with 85+ channels (YouTube TV subscription) included.

🌳 Amazing central location; you can walk 1 block to the beach, jump on the freeway and be near all of San Diego's attractions in minutes (Mission Bay, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, SeaWorld and more).

Wonderful stay

It was a wonderful stay at this nice little place. Had everything that I need and within walking distance to where I wanted to go. It was quiet for most of the night until 4:30 in the morning when the planes started to take off from the airport. Overall this is a very nice place for a couple to stay for a few nights.

We love staying at this cozy; convenient; clean; and charming cottage in OB! The hosts are extremely friendly and responsive. I highly recommend staying here whenever you’re in San Diego!

Great place in Ocean Beach

The cottage was a great place to stay and explore San Diego. The location was great being so close to the beach and Newport Avenue. The cottage was clean and comfortable. Thanks for opening the place for us.

Great location

Cottage is within walking distance to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Off-street parking as well. Easy check-in and check-out. Location within a short drive to airport, San Diego zoo, and many other attractions! Had a great stay!!

Perfect weekend getaway

This place was cute, clean and perfectly located. My daughter and I were able to walk the beach whenever we wanted and were close to restaurants and bars. It was a 20 minute drive to our concert venue and 5 minute drive to restaurants we wanted to check out while here Hopefully we will have a chance to stay here again

Perfect location near all our activities!

This is a beautiful little beach cottage situated just 2 1/2 blocks from a lovely beach! It was easy to check in and the neighborhood was quiet with the exception of airplanes which we easily drown out by leaving the bathroom fan on! We visited the zoo, Balboa Park museums, Point Loma Tide Pools , Cabrillo National Monument, and of course, the beach! My only complaint is that our stay was too short!

Cozy beach cottage that comfortably sleeps two adults. Sara is super nice, responsive and attentive. Check in process was easy. The property was clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Spot for a Single or Couple

Perfect size for a single or couple looking for a space to stay in SD. In a beach neighborhood so parking can get tight in the designated spot, but its a quick walk to the beach or storefronts. Good location to travel to other areas in downtown SD.

Great little place

We stayed here for part of our honeymoon. It was a cute little place close to the beach. We loved it! Our only issue was it was nice having the A/C it just had a hard time cooling off the bedroom. But we enjoyed our stay.

Cozy, clean and quiet

We had a great stay at Ocean Beach. The cottage is close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. It's set back a bit from a quiet street so we had no problem with noise (other than the planes! Nothing you can do about that!). We would definitely stay here again.

Charming Cottage in OB!

We highly recommend this clean, charming, and convenient cottage in Ocean Beach! We love that it’s an easy walk to the beach or downtown OB along with a designated parking spot. The hosts are exceptional in every way! They are incredibly responsive and communicative. Thank you for making our time here the best!

Ocean Beach Getaway

This was a short trip with my Wife and Son to do some fishing, relaxing and see the Padres beat the Dodgers. My wife enjoyed the beach while my Son and I headed out to Mexican waters to catch some rockfish and yellowtail. This place was perfect for us. It was very clean, comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked for all of our needs. It is a short walk to the beach. The pier was still closed for maintenance but we did get in a little bit of shore fishing. Having a dedicated parking spot in the alley was a plus! The area also has a lot of restaurants and shops very close. It is also conveniently close to the airport. Would stay here again for sure.

Great location.

Very clean and nice furnishings, BUT everything was UP high. Two (2) short mother and daughter had problem reaching things in cupboard. Also, the steps from parking were difficult. Cupboard over fridge was totally unreachable! Fridge was lovely and LARGE! Suggest--some sort of step stool! Great place for younger people- great area for fun days &nnights.

Great location but Not my favorite place to stay

This property was situated in a great location to have all sorts of fun at Ocean Beach. We were disappointed by the comfort of the bed. We also had to go out and buy a fan for the bedroom because the air conditioning does not go into that room. The futon in the living room was not very comfortable for watching television, but we understand the functionality to offer another bed for visitors. I probably would not stay here again, although it’s a good option for those who just want a place to lay their head at night

Relax in OB

The property manager is amazing! We had a few small requests that were responded to in under an hour. The apartment is of good size and equipped with everything needed to enjoy time on the beach. Ocean Beach is very quirky and full of personality with tons of amazing restaurants and ocean view breakfasts, lunches or dinners. The bed and shower are great. We found extra pillows above the fridge as there were only two on the bed upon arrival. The ice maker doesn’t work, but there are ice cube trays and the freezer is cold, so they freeze very quickly. This wasn’t a problem for us. The beach chairs and umbrella are good quality and easy to carry. The only thing I will mention is the location. It says 1 block to the beach, but it is 1.5 “long” blocks to the water, versus the shorter blocks that run North/South.
