Mid-Century Modern Design. This 4,500-square-foot home was beautifully remodeled to modern standards while maintaining the design and character of the original custom-built home. Just one mile downhill to the Ocean and .8 miles to San Diego's Scenic Bay Front and 10 mins to Sea World, Shopping and Downtown San Diego. The home features a cozy private living room, a large open, great room with a chef's kitchen, and an original 1950s wet bar with a wine fridge, a large private, fenced yard- with large grass area, fire-pit, basketball net, and volleyball set... perfect for get-togethers. 5 bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 3 full beds, this gorgeous property is perfect for larger groups.
