Please note this unit is on the second floor of a duplex. The unit below is a vacation rental, as well. There is also a 3-bedroom house on-site that we manage. There are no shared spaces between these rentals.



There is enough space for 4 medium cars to park in the driveway.



Guest Access:

Guests have complete access to Unit B with no shared spaces.

Urban vibesSo many mixed feelings about this place. We are locals who stayed for a few weeks due to home remodel. Very busy area with great restaurants and coffee options within a stone's throw. Immediate responses from host/management company but unfortunately AC was broken on day 1 was never repaired despite me waiting for technician on 4 separate days. If more than 2 people are staying in the apartment, eating and watching TV is logistically difficult given layout.
