With beds for 10, it’s perfect for families or groups traveling together. There are places to socialize or relax on all three levels, starting with the enclosed front patio with ocean views. Primary bedroom #1 has king bed and en-suite bathroom and access to front patio.
Primary bedroom #2 has cal king bed and en-suite bathroom and access to front patio.
Third bedroom has a cozy queen bed, located on main living floor.
Large loft area with two twins and a queen bed.

Outdoor areas:
Enjoy outdoor areas on every level.
On ground floor, enclosed front patio is private (not shared) with gorgeous ocean views.
Enjoy pretty garden, teak dining table, umbrella and BBQ.
On the second floor off main living area, the “coffee porch” is a favorite spot for our guests to gather.
On third floor, roof deck has stunning 360 degree views of beach, bay, and Belmont Park.

Heating & Cooling:
Please be aware there is NO Air conditioning in the home.
There are plenty of ceiling fans and standing fans.
There is central heat in the unit during cooler months

For our younger guests:
Portable cribs, high chairs, built-in baby gates
Beach toys, books, board games, puzzles

Other things to note
Need more room? If your group is larger than 10, inquire about “The Dollhouse,” the two bedroom guest apartment above the garage. This charming space, originally built in the 1930’s can sleep an additional 4-5 guests.

Perfect Place for a Family Vacation

We stayed at the Whalen house for our escape from the Montana snow. The house was perfect for our family of five and we had room to spare. It was less than a minute from the beach and there were plenty of beach chairs, towels, and toys. The roof top patio was a great bonus and a nice way to finish the day. You won't be disappointed if you choose this house for your stay in Mission Beach.

Fantastic beach house!

Perfect Place!

Our family had the best time here! It is conveniently located only a one minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to Belmont Park. All of the necessities were already there which was wonderful! The place is very clean and communication was great with property management. It’s the perfect place to stay for a large family or group!

Great getaway

The house was wonderful and had a perfect location. Easy walk to beach, shopping and restaurants. We had 5 adults and 2 teens and everyone loved staying at this house…..hoping to come back next year.

Perfect location, adorable house, and very family friendly!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. It was the perfect house for a family- right next to the beach, walking distance to food and coffee (our favorite was Better Buzz), full of kids games/books/Beach toys etc, baby gear provided, and plenty of space! The owners were great to work with and very friendly. Overall we had a wonderful time and perfect experience- would highly recommend!

Best House on Mission Beach!

Our family of 8, 4 kids and parents had an absolute blast at this house. It was clean, and so well stocked. Proximity to the beach was amazing and just a short walk to restaurants, bakery and fun. I highly recommend this house loved the set up of rooms, BBQ on the patio and the roof deck for sun sets. 10/10 stop looking and BOOK!

Loved our getaway

Great home! So nice to be just feet away from the beach, and yet not have the noise of the boardwalk. Loved that we got to see the fireworks show from Sea World from the rooftop deck! We had a family of 10 stay here and everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space for everyone.

Wonderful Vacation Beach House

Perfect location

Kennebeck was the perfect location for access to ocean, bay, walkable restaurants and retail, and easy Uber/Lyft rides to outlying areas. The home is impeccably stocked with everything you need and more, and all the nooks and crannies meant anyone could find alone time if desired. A perfect place for our group to gather and reminisce and celebrate being together.
