Experience the perfect blend of tropical and retro tiki charm and amenities in this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo, just minutes to the beach. You’ll feel like you’re on a tropical vacation with vintage bamboo furniture and palm trees out the window!

The condo features a unique mid-century decor with a tiki vibe that will transport you back in time. The spacious living room is furnished with comfortable seating and a smart Roku TV with streaming services. A private balcony provides a relaxing place to sit, drink coffee or have lunch, and enjoy the surroundings. It is a lovely experience to sit outside at sunset and watch the flock of Point Loma’s wild parrots fly by!

The kitchen is fully equipped with new pots and pans, a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and everything you need to cook nice meals at home.

The bedroom features a new plush king-size bed, and large dresser. There is a desk and chair to facilitate working from home.

The bathroom features a large counter for getting ready, with ample storage, and a newly refinished bathtub and shower with great water pressure.

This condo is located in a community with many great amenities. Take a dip in the gorgeous pool or enjoy a game of pool in the clubhouse with friends. Located in the heart of Point Loma, this condo is just minutes away from everything you need. The beach is only 1.5 miles away, in the famous town of Ocean Beach, lined with shops, restaurants and bars, as well as a farmers market on Wednesdays. Barnes Tennis Center is a short walk next door and world famous Sea World is less than a mile away! Liberty Station is also close by, just 3 miles away, and is home to a range of shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. There are several grocery store options nearby, from the healthy People's Food Coop to large supermarkets.

Point Loma is also the perfect location for visiting all of San Diego, just 10 minutes from Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, the Bay, the airport, and downtown.

Please note, the central location also means proximity to the airport and you can hear the airplanes flying overhead. They have quiet hours 11:30 pm - 6:30 am and the condo has new double paned windows which block the sound when closed.

Tiki style condo

We enjoyed our stay at the condo listed it was a spacious 1 bedroom condo in the Point Loma area of San Diego near Ocean Beach, which we fell in love with and the direct communication with Lee the hosts mother who also resides in San Diego was wonderful!!!! I have absolutely no complaints.
