I loved the fact that this Hotel has free Parking. In San Francisco that is a big plus. I did not like the fact that I was given a room right next to Lombard Street. Appreciated the parking, great location for families, clean property, and water in lobby. Our room was run down, but clean. The night staff was not helpful at all. We asked for some accommodations due to daughter's allergies when we checked in, but staff was dismissive and lied about not having any other rooms available. We saw a ton of vacant rooms. The morning staff was very kind. Overall nice property, but disappointed with the staff that checked us in.

The room was clean, cozy and fairly quiet. Having the parking was a plus however I’d say the spaces are comically small. If you have a large vehicle like a midsize SUV or larger it will be a very tight squeeze. Still I’d happily return and stay again.
