It was clean and the water pressure and temp was good. The bare floors on 2nd floor made everything very noisy on the bottom floor. Also the traffic and train noise were constant and loud. The air conditioner went on and off all night and was so loud it sounded like a ventilator.

The hotel is right next to a train with thin walls that do not block sound. It was impossible to sleep all night because of the noise. When we tried to cancel the remaining nights, the hotel still charged us for cancelling the room and charged us part of the remaining stay even though the reason we were cancelling was that the room was completely unfit to sleep in due to the ambient noise getting through the structure.

The reception clerk was very nice. I had made a bunch of charges on my card earlier in the day and by the time I tried to check in, the daily spending limit was exceeded for the deposit. It was a rainy night and he let us into the room while we waited for my sister to come by after work to conver the deposit. The bed was EXTREMELY comfy. Much better than most!

Place was great, the only drawback was the pillows experience, the decor pillows or not sure what. Smelled like a stinky sweaty jockstrap , not sure what guests have done in there but clearly they’re being used as some kind of adapted accessories.
