Villa Papaya, 2 bedrooms, specious, comfortable home, beach walkable.

  • Beautiful, private, spacious villa, located right next to the Exclusive Las Olas development in San Pancho, on the road to Costa Azul, just 3 short blocks from the beach and just two blocks from Main Street dining.
    Villa Papaya #2 street level unit ,has 1800 square feet of Air Conditioned living area, 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, fully equipped kitchen and beautiful views of the Las Olas grounds and Jungle.
    Villa Papaya#2 have private entrance and private patio, Smart TV with Satellite. Maid Service is included in rental, once per week .
    The tropical, deserted beach is a great place for early morning walks and afternoon sunbathing, if you can tear yourself away from the patios. Several excellent restaurants, as well as local fare are within walking distance from the Villa.
