"I reserved a premium room and paid extra for it. While the room was located on a top floor with a wonderful view, it was adjacent to the bank of elevators. Behind the headboard on the other side of the wall was a service elevator, which caused constant noise throughout the night, making it sound like planes were landing.
The next morning, I approached the front desk to request a room change, as I still wanted a premium room but without the constant sound of moving elevators. However, my husband and I were assigned to a room with far less square footage than our previous one, and it wasn't a premium room, despite what the woman at the front desk had said. We were disappointed, and unfortunately, there was no adjustment made to my bill. Aside from this, we liked the location of the hotel and the breakfast was good."
