There was so much space, the kids had their own space and there was a couch available to relax in after a full day walking in Florence. "I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or extra amenities. The beds were on the firm side, which might not suit everyone, but when I mentioned it, they provided extra padding, which made a big difference. The air conditioning worked very well, which was much appreciated during the hot days. The shower had great water pressure and stayed consistently hot, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and satisfying with a good variety of options. The location is excellent, with many major tourist sites within easy walking distance. Travelling with a teen, the spotty wifi was a slight nuisance. Would recommend for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and great service."
