"Room was nice. As described. Beautiful outdoor space, could use a little more comfy chairs to sit out there. Room was small but good. Twin beds have a shelf above them, not the best of using the beds, but good storage. Communication was great and they gave great instructions on how to find the apartment. Very helpful video to follow along to get to the door.. Only suggestion is to continue the video to show actual opening of the door. Door was tricky and the key (1 of 2 on keychain) had to be turned just right. Only suggestion is to continue video through that process to help when you arrive late and tired. "

"The location of this hotel is fantastic if you’re staying in Milan. You’re within walking distance of all the main attractions in the core, including just a five-minute walk to Piazza del Duomo. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I speak and understand Italian, but it’s worth noting that the staff also speak English quite well. Makes the experience even more comfortable for international travellers. The included breakfast was excellent. A great way to start the day. I also appreciated that they didn’t rush guests. One morning I arrived a bit later and there was no pressure at all, which was greatly appreciated. While the rooms are slightly dated, they are still very comfortable and most importantly clean. I had no complaints whatsoever. Overall, I would absolutely consider staying here again on a future trip to Milan and would recommend it to others visiting the city."

"Unfortunately there were no hot water in the bathroom so refreshing shower n April Milano did the trick)) and the smell in the bathroom reminded me badly managed 80s hotels... "

"This hotel provided everything we needed for our 4 night stay in Milan. The location was good, nice restaurants and places to have a pastry or a drink within a few minute walk. The metro was very handy but you can walk to most sights in 20/30 minutes. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was a good size (we booked a twin). The only downside was our room was at the lift and beside reception so could be very noisy at night. No fault of the hotel but the guests. They do have signs up requesting that you consider others. I’d recommend staying here and would stay again (requesting a room on a different floor away from the lift). "

"Breakfast is optional, not included. The property is on a busy street, but convenient to the Last Supper painting in church nearby. Has an elevator that is convenient, but it is small. (very small) Rooms only have AC when it is turned on in May. Comfortably simple. "

"Hotel was in a quiet location well placed for shops, restaurants and the nearby metro. Stayed in an executive room, very spacious with plenty of natural light. The staff were welcoming and attentive, slight issue on checkout but quickly resolved. The beauty of the hotel is its history. Once a perfume establishment, this has been carried over into hospitality. Each of the rooms have been appointed a scent associated with the company and our room smelt amazing. Would i visit this hotel again? Definitely."
