"The guy at the front desk was nice and helpful. Our first room was fine, but the TV didn't turn on. He quickly switched out room with no hassle. The bed was comfortable, the couch was nice to watch TV on and the little balcony was a nice touch. The fact that there was a refrigerator is always a plus. The free shuttle to the airport was also very helpful."

"Oh my goodness double tree is one my favorite and best hotel ever. Rooms service was super great. Customer service also great. Environment was so clean and fresh. My room was fresh and clean at all time. I did not regret my staying at Doubletree at all. My only problem was the price of parking 32 Dallas pa night.
