Hyatt Place San Juan
We arrived early to the hotel as we disembarked off a cruise ship. We were able to leave our luggage at the front desk and go sit by the pool. Our room was ready long before the 4 pm check-in. A very nice breakfast was included the following morning.

Hyatt House San Juan
Overall the property was okay. Check-in was at 4:00 pm and our room was not ready until 5:00 pm. Breakfast wasnt the greatest. Pool was nice. Hotel is close to T-Mobile District.
