"The views are amazing. There was an incident which we sought to be remedied through a mid stay survey from the property and asked to be contacted as it was a safety issue and the property did not reach out or follow through. The rooms are showing their age and the water was always luke warm. The staff were attentive and the green spaces looked immaculate. All of this though was tainted by the safety concern not being addressed which impacted several guests."

"There was no ocean view from the room as claimed. Swimming pool was great, staff was amazing"

"Due to a small beachfront, the number of beach loungers was inadequate. Guests were placing towels on loungers in order to reserve them even though the loungers were not used for periods longer than one hour. We saw no evidence of staff removing towels from loungers that were unaccupied for more than one hour."

"The resort was nice and well kept up. Staff was nice but we determined this is a party vibe resort where most cocktails are in the $20 per drink range was a steep considering they small and not consistent in taste. Cabo in general is very expensive to visit. If you are good with DJ party type music by a nice pool all afternoon and are ok with high drink and food costs you'd probably enjoy this place."
