"My husband skinned his knee, I asked for alcohol. They said they bring it up. Someone showed with a first aid kit and cleaned him up and put ointment on him. I didn't have to do a thing other than watch. Very much appreciated. Also, felt cared for when we left early one morning I am unmarked vehicle and we were asked our room # and where we were going.
