"Parking was somewhat easy, cleanliness wasn’t there at all. I don’t know if the room was forgotten but there was hairs, crumbs, sticky substance in the controller and desk, and the AC was broken and full of dust."

"I felt like I was at my Grandmother's house - this is a compliment because it was cozy (especially with the fireplace) and comfortable. Not so cookie cutter as most hotel chains I've used are very similar. My only complaint is I could hear the freeway from my room so I didn't sleep as well as I wanted."

"No view from my room, no outside balcony, window looked into parking. Best location for the beach. Breakfast is on the fourth floor.. though no elevatior, if this is a problem."

"Clean and a beautiful view. But be prepared that if you have a downstairs room you will hear lots of clomping above you. Disappointing that the restaurant was closed as that was why we wanted to stay there. Overall nice but a tired room"

"The outdoor pool and spa area had no light at night, not a safe situation."

"Food was great in the breakfast and dining room. Rooms are VERY spacious and lovely--couch isn't terribly comfortable but it was so nice to have one. Only issues were with the on site laundry (neither dryer was working) and there were no vending machines on wither floors 3 or 4 where my family was. (I wanted bottled water at night). Service was friendly and quick otherwise, and the location is fantastic. "

"It was really a great space. Unfortunately, in the mornings we could hear the movement from our upstairs neighbors, which woke us up much earlier than we had wanted. "
