"The place was beautiful, even in the single night we were there it looked great. So it was unfortunate that the bed wasn't made nor were the sheets washed. The place also smelled a lot of dogs and their excrement. And the dogs barked and got really loud when you went to the bathroom. I would like to try and stay again if it were more clean, and actually meet the the owner, they were very accommodating and we got in and out with no problem"

"I always stay at this hotel when I visit San Francisco. The location is central to public Transportation and there is a near by grocery store and many great restaurants. What really brings me back for multiple visits is the reliability of the cleanliness of the rooms. Every style of room I have stayed in (double beds, single, upgraded rooms and basic tiers) are all fantastic. The staff here is very professional and helpful as well. They allow you drop off your baggage early before check in and have even permitted early check in sometimes. I feel very safe at this hotel as there is security at the desk at all times. The property is locked in the evenings and you need a keycard to access the guest room floors. Thank you staff at Holiday Inn!"

"I had a wonderful stay at Club Quarters Hotel Embarcadero. The front desk staff was so kind and helped me find a quiet room not facing the street, which made a big difference. The room was small but clean, well-equipped, and the bed was very comfortable — I felt completely at ease throughout my stay. The location is excellent: close to Pier 9 where my conference was, near a Safeway for daily essentials, with plenty of restaurants nearby and the Ferry Pier and waterfront just a short walk away. I would happily stay here again."
