"Cleanest hotel/apartamentos we've ever stayed in. Amazing view from your own little yard, and a bus stop right outside the hotel. Carmela is there every step of the way, giving you useful tips on how to get around the area, places to visit, bus schedules and so on. I don't think there is a thing I can complain about. :)"

"We liked the room at San Giacomo Ralais. It had a great view and was quiet. Please do update your website as it asks guests to contact the property a day before arriving, which ends up being unnecessary! Also it would help to warn guests that San Giacomo staff does not offer any help with luggage--in spite of the fact that the house is up the hill and requires a very steep 5 minute walk. "
