Overall not a bad place to stay for the price you pay. The location is across the street from the sea, but NOT on the sea. In Cozumel in general, in order to get in the water you either have to pay at a beach club (20$ entry fee) or find some suspicious other area that doesn’t have an entry fee. ...

Oceanfront condo on the bluest ocean of Cozumel island
Pool was great! Snorkeling fantastic right in front of property. Room very clean! Staff fantastic and very close to all amenities. You can rent bikes, scooters or a car if you want to see the island!! Great holiday!
