"El hotel esta muy bien ubicado en el centro a dos cuadras del ferry. El desayuno muy bien servido y de muy buen sabor. . Solo estuve dos noches pero tristemente casi no pude dormir porque me picaba mucho las almohadas, las sabanas, quiero pensar que es cosa del detergente que usan y no del colchon, tuve que poner las toallas para dormir sobre ellas, por lo qie hice el checkout muy temprano para irme de alli. Habitacion 318"

"Theresa was extremely easy to communicate with. She connected with us on WhatsApp and kept in touch with us the entire time. She helped us with great recommendations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All located very close to our room. She also helped with a scooter rental and also provided us a space in her personal garage to keep it stored at night. Her dive recommendation led us to a life changing experience for my new diver girlfriend. Theresa has been in the hotel travel industry for many years and has the soft touch required to make your stay in Cozumel the best you’ve ever had. We will stay with her her puppy “Booking” again. Theresa will always have a place to visit in Charleston when she’s ready."

"We had an amazing stay at the Flamingo Hotel in Cozumel! The location is perfect! Close to everything, with beautiful ocean views and easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the waterfront. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a relaxing atmosphere, but what really sets it apart is the incredible service. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Thomas, the owner, who truly went above and beyond to make our vacation unforgettable. He treated us like family and was always available with great recommendations for local restaurants, excursions, and hidden gems around the island. His local knowledge helped us experience the very best of Cozumel. It's rare to find a hotel where the owner is so genuinely invested in making every guest's stay special. Thanks to Thomas and his amazing team, our vacation was everything we hoped for and more. If you're planning a trip to Cozumel, I highly recommend staying at the Flamingo Hotel.
