The whole hotel, including our room, was very clean. The staff were all incredible and friendly. Our only complaint is that the bar/restaurant was only open until 1pm and it doesn’t show that online.

Ideally located for all the restaurants and fun of Cozumel but still quiet. Incredible sea views (get the corner rooms!) and nice pool. The sunbeds at the pool could do with an update as they’re pretty uncomfortable but the food at the pool bar is delicious and all the staff are super friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a Deluxe room which had amazing views. The room and the porch were so large and comfortable. We were able to walk to so many amazing restaurants and the food at the hotel was delicious. All the staff was friendly. There is no beach area or place to snorkel, but the view from the pool and our room made up for that.

Such a great little place in an awesome location! Walking distance to the ferry and main downtown area. Beautiful views of the sea from the rooftop pool! The snack bar of now open until later in the evening! Great menu for dinner and drinks with decent prices. Drinks are beautifully hand-crafted and delivered to you in the pool! We loved Jaime and Sergio - fantastic customer service! The only negative - the loud, thumping bass beat persisting until 2am on the weekend.

The ceiling above my room was very noisy and woke me up and disturbed my sleep. Maybe high winds caused the building to make the noise. Otherwise it was a great experience with a view of the ocean. With the balcony door open, you could hear the ocean waves.

The view from the balcony 209 was directly over the concrete roof above the breakfast restaurant. I did go to the front desk immediately to voice my displeasure but was told there was nothing else available until Saturday. Having to move 3 days later was inconvenient on a 7 day trip so I declined the offer. Nothing else was offered to make me feel heard. I would make sure not to get 208 or 209, which both have an awful view. Otherwise, the hotel was clean. The placement of the sun loungers in the middle of the dining area is awkward. Not much can be done easily as the stairs to the pool are on the wrong side, poor design.
