Hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. We were in Cozumel visiting friends for four days and found Puerto Libre to be in an excellent spot right on the strip. It was far enough away from the cruise ship ports to be quiet yet accessible to all the hotspots. I highly recommend this hotel.

yes everything was great although it seems the cleaning staff is using some kind of sticky cleaning for the floors when they mop the rooms of using dirty mop water floors very sticky and leaves a dirty film on the bottom of feet when walked barefoot

Ideally located for all the restaurants and fun of Cozumel but still quiet. Incredible sea views (get the corner rooms!) and nice pool. The sunbeds at the pool could do with an update as they’re pretty uncomfortable but the food at the pool bar is delicious and all the staff are super friendly and helpful.
