The service was wonderful and every staff member was great, the bathrooms were small, this place reminds me of a vintage style Mexico. I would like maybe some updated showerheads in the bathroom, hair conditioner and an overall repaint.There was lots of variety in food options, but we loved the tacos at dinner the best. This is not your American fare, so the variety is not what some maybe used too, but we really enjoyed it all. There were not many people who participated in the activities, so that made it hard to enjoy, i think people were there to dive. Which I highly recommend when coming here.

we had a wonderful experience here! the hotel room is a bit simple but super clean. the staff here is super kind and helpful. we did all inclusive and amazed by the variety of fruit they have. we love it! obvisoupy you can eat and drink as much as you want… beach bar is great! they also have a nice small playa but perfect for afternoon swim and snorkeling.

I have stayed at Hotel Cozumel for over 15 years multiple times every year. I have always been satisfied with the how I was treated like family by the staff. However, if I’m put in a handicap room again, when I am not handicapped and the hotel is not full I will not come back and I will seek out a new place to stay. This has happened in December 2023 and April 2024. I have always felt safe here and I’ve always felt safe walking several miles every day.

We had a lovely stay here for 2 weeks. The food was excellent, just opt for the fresh food which is cooked on the grill and you wont be disappointed. I loved having a freshly made omelette everyday. It's super close to town, 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive, so it was close to all the essential things. What holds me back putting on anymore stars is that the whole hotel is a bit tired and could do with a refurb. The towels could do with being changed too. However, for a lower end of the market cost hotel it was great value and we had a wonderful time.
