The staff were are friendly and helpful. The resort was on the quieter side compared to other places in Mexico that we’ve stayed but we enjoyed that as it was more relaxing. Downfall would be the breakfast and lunch buffets, pretty much the same items every day. The restaurant for dinner reservation had good service and food.
