Good

Great hotel and in a good area. Room too hot and heating temp stat didn’t work so couldn’t control it. Window didn’t seal right so could hear street noise even after getting maintenance

Staff members were very helpful and nice

Room very clean. Staff were wonderful. Felt like home away from home. Very quiet location and yet in the centre of the city.

Super checkout - great staff Room was outstanding Perfect location.

Yes, the outdoor pool area and bar was very nice. We went there each afternoon. Rooms were clean as were the bathrooms.

A landmark elegant beautiful Balcón de Rosina bedroom, so happy we chose the best room for 3 fantastic days. Feeling like princesses. The view, together with excellent service, spectacular location and elegant corner.

Amazing staff. Real 5star service and experience throughout the stay.

Very good value for money. Breakfast nice. Great location

Antonio from reception was a great help, we got lost trying to find the apartment and he came and showed us where to go. He also told us of some restaurants and booked us tickets to a Flaminco Show. The apartment was very spacious and in a perfect central part of the old town, very close to cafes, tapas restaurants, bars, shops etc. the parking was very tight but was free.
