Get set to strike a few balls in the tennis court, located just 2 km away. There is a golf course for golf lovers too, at 3 km. Supermarket lies at 3 km, if you wish to buy grocery etc. For enjoying a sumptuous meal, you have to go restaurants, 4 km further.

Enjoy Tuscan summers while reading a book in the private garden in this heated villa. You can also enjoy a culinary evening on the private terrace with barbecue meals. There is also a well-equipped kitchen and a living room with fireplace to add to your convenience. Cot and high chair are available on request. Check in can be done between 4 - 7 PM and check out between 9 - 10 AM.


A security deposit of EUR 100,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
