A 360-square-meter detached villa that can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people, spread over two levels (ground floor and ground floor) of a medieval building, featuring a facade with the loggias typical of traditional Garfagnana homes. The property includes a private pool with a barbecue area.

The property is located in Sillicagnana, an area with all major amenities: bars, restaurants, a supermarket, and a pharmacy. It is less than a 10-minute drive from the Camporgiano train station.



A 360-square-meter villa spread over two levels (with stairs for entry and internal stairs). Please exercise EXTRA caution if you are travelling with children. There are stairs inside the property.

- BEDROOM 4 with a single bed and a chest of drawers;

- Spacious LIVING ROOM with dining table and chairs;

- BATHROOM with shower stall, bidet, and toilet;



PRIVATE POOL with a barbecue area furnished with a table and chairs; the pool is OPEN only from June through September.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

ESummer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Sillicagnana is a hamlet within the municipality of San Romano in Garfagnana, a typical medieval village. Among the most notable buildings is the Casa dei Tenenti, a stately home featuring a facade with the loggias typical of traditional Garfagnana dwellings.
