This two-story duplex offers 120 m² of interior space and a pleasant private garden with a covered terrace, ideal for up to 6 guests. The house features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one en suite), and an additional guest toilet on the lower floor, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone.
