Our room had an ocean view from the first floor . When I got to the property I was very disappointed that I had not been able to see what the other choices of location were. Lots of potential. Room huge and clean. No A/C only heater which would be fine except it was warm for this time of year. Coffee maker and fridge. Can tell they are in process of fixing up the property. Great price and good location to beach, Hearst Castle and Cambria. Not bad for a last minute ...
