We are in an ideal position, quiet and surrounded by nature, just 1 km from the sandy beach of San Vito, reachable on foot in 15 minutes (car or bike anyway necessary).
One-room apartment for 2 people consisting of a bedroom with a double bed- a toilet-shower plus a covered veranda with a built-in kitchenette (ground floor - a total of 30 square meters). The property is a former manor house has been renovated with three completely independent units.
L 'unit is independent, air-conditioned, complete with satellite TV and hairdryer and has its own open spaces attrezzat with set-dining room, deck, bbq).
