Strong point is the large outdoor veranda on the back, equipped with table and chairs, relaxing garden set, stone barbecue, outdoor shower and hydromassage pool.
EXTERIOR: Independent entrance with pedestrian access avenue. Corner villa of a complex of terraced houses with large equipped outdoor areas.
LOCATION: Very quiet residential area not more than three hundred meters from the main street of the village.
