"This home has been beautifully renovated. It was lovely being able to see the ocean from all the windows. The owner was very easy to work with and upon finding out that our dog was afraid of the stairs inside the home and we had to take her home graciously refunded our pet deposit. Furniture was very comfortable as well. Definitely worth a visit if you are looking for an oceanfront home in Duck, NC."

What stood out most for us was the quietness and the close proximity to the beach and ocean- right out the back door. "This was a beautiful space. We visited Jarvisburg for an event at the winery (just down the street). It was the perfect location and the pool being right outside the front door was an added bonus to the relaxing vibe. We did not bring a pet but loooved that we could have. The development is charming. A little neighborhood boy even offered to haul our garbage! So cute! The host was very accommodating and open to communicating with us. Overall, this was a great experience & we would definitely book again. "
