"I liked its location, very secure and within shopping mall However l encountered some mishap during my stay on 14th March alarm trigered and we had to rush downstairs by steps from 25th floor and following day 15th March on our way from the mall water was gushing along the sky walk what l didn't like is on all in incidents there was no one to direct guests nor any word from management also hot water was erratic during my stay"
