Front desk staff could be a little bit more pleasant (ladies in particular) The housekeeping staff was the best. Sandton train station is within a <10 mins walk and lots of great restaurants in that area. "

"Its a lovely hotel and the location is great. Just feel the some updating in the rooms is required in terms of the drawers and cupboards being chipped or broken, all lights not working. Other than that great hotel."

The staff without exception could not have been more helpful and welcoming including Cynthia who checked us in efficiently and was able to answer all of our questions. We really enjoyed our dinner at the Bull Run which is the hotel restaurant. Will definitely return! "
