"Harbor View Inn is a wonderful place to stay on Mackinac Island! It's only a few blocks from Main Street, walking distance of 10 minutes, yet far enough away from Main Street to be quiet & peaceful. The Inn is very clean, the staff was very helpful & friendly. Bike rental is cheaper at the Inn than other rental places & it's a short walk of about 6 blocks to the ferry landing. Our luggage was handled very well--picked up at the dock from the ferry & in our room before we even got there! They also transported our luggage to the ferry dock & put it on the ferry for us when we departed the island. All this was done at no cost! I highly recommend staying at Harbor View Inn!!"

"The property is centrally located and we made us of the bike rental and dinner discounts. I picked a room with a balcony overlooking Main Str and we loved enjoying the weather and the view from the 2nd floor in the North building."

"The Inn at Stonecliffe is one of the most beautiful facilities I have ever seen! Every member of the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The resort is more remote than most other places on the island but that is not necessarily a bad thing. The carriage rides into town take about 35 minutes or you can walk it in about the same. The travel through the woods is very relaxing and beautiful. I cannot speak to the amenities as I didn't use anything except the outdoor restaurant- it was amazing. I spent all my time walking or biking around the island, so i didn't see the pool area. There is a sunset viewing area on a trail behind the hotel that is amazing - don't miss that! Overall, the hotel facilities, grounds and staff cannot be beat! You will not be disappointed!"
