"We rented this property just for the pool. Upon arrival the grass was a foot tall and then the pool was not swim able. We called the next morning to tell the property manager and she said she would call the pool man and the lawn care service and it would be taken care of. We left form the day and when we arrived nothing was done."

I had tried private messaging him on the app a couple days before check with no response. I contacted VRBO and they gave me his private number. I texted him and received a polite and thorough response rather quickly. Overall, it was a great stay, just the one little hiccup concerning check-in info"

Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our large family and the backyard pool and hot tub was used by our entire group. We would definitely rent again. It's not a big deal though it would have been nice if some of the weeds around the backyard had been gone over with a weed eater. "The owners were very responsive to everything we needed. We were in town for a company event and I booked because of the 7 bedrooms. The property worked for us but it’s definitely more of an event location. If you are looking for a nicer feel more like a home this isn’t for you but for large groups and events it would be fine."

"We had a large group...needed 5 bedrooms. The house was great. It had 2 living rooms to spread out kids and adults. It also had a large dining room table and a kitchen table....ample room to eat together or split up. 3 and a half baths worked great. Also, the property has a pool and hot tub but the water was pretty cold on April 15th. Our crazy granddaughters did swim a bit one afternoon. The Highland Village area is very nice with easy shopping and groceries nearby."
