The accommodation is a dream for nature lovers and sports enthusiasts. It is ideally located in a rural setting with breathtaking mountain views and in direct proximity to the Silvretta Montafon ski area. Only 400 metres from the ski lifts, the house offers optimal conditions for winter sports enthusiasts - whether skiing, snowboarding or cross-country skiing.

The fully equipped American kitchen invites you to cook together. It has all the important appliances such as refrigerator, freezer, Senseo Pad coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave. Four televisions with German channels provide entertainment, while WiFi keeps you connected to the outside world.

Particularly practical are the 3 bathrooms - 3 with shower and 3 additional toilets. A safe, central heating and blackout curtains round off the comfort. The 16 m² terrace and the garden offer additional space for relaxation.

For sports enthusiasts, there are numerous activities: mountain biking, hiking, climbing, paragliding and rafting. A golf course is located only 5.4 km away, and the train station in Schruns is reachable within a few minutes. Pets are allowed by arrangement, a maximum of 3 animals can be brought along.
