"The desk was staffed 24 hours, and desk clerks were helpful. We booked a private room with our own bathroom, and both were great. The bar/restaurant downstairs is really only a bar, and it's rarely used. There are too many other bar/restaurant options any direction you walk. The location was very convenient, in San Antonio, which is less expensive and more quiet than the other side of the island. The hostel was a short walk to the pier, beach, and shopping. (For clothes shopping, check out La Sirena; there are two locations within walking distance.) We would stay here again."

"Another excellent stay, this time was upgraded to a balcony! Nice large room with all the facilities, the fridge temp is a bit too high and I couldn't find a way to adjust. Good to have a proper bath rather then just a shower! Also very qouet despite being street-side, thick curtains help keep the noise out. The two disappointing things are the jacuzzi (bubble bath) was closed, and that an extra payment would be required anyway, and that the downstairs bar in the lounge is closed/unused, which would be a great feature."

"We stayed here for two wild nights of clubbing for the Amnesia closing party. I was not expecting much as the price was good, but was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The rooms are a little old fashioned, but very clean and well kept. The air con was good once you got it settled in and the beds were comfier than they looked upon first sight. The staff were very helpful, friendly and even advised us where shops etc were. For a few days and if you have realistic expectations of a cheap and small hotel to sleep in that is not far from the bars and shops this was a perfect find for us and what we wanted the room for. We would return again should we decide to go on the rampage another time!"

"Very nice and reasonably priced hotel, great location very central. Rooms are nice and large comfy beds the hotel is very clean and the spa is well worth a visit, food and drinks at the pool bar are also very good. Vibe is nice for over 30s or couples. Staff are very helpful"

"We went for our wedding anniversary. This property was exactly what we were looking for. It features a great location, friendly staff, various bar and dining options, a gorgeous pool and sundeck, and is clean, beautifully decorated, and just a few feet from the beach. The front desk was extremely helpful, and check-in was a breeze. There is a DJ by the pool and also at the terrace overlooking the bay in the evening. The room was clean and the view from our balcony spectacular. The only thing I thought that staff could have done better was cancel my payment and charge me again when I asked them to after realizing I had mistakenly paid with Dollars instead of Euros which is always the better option when visiting European countries. I spoke with the manager, and they said they couldn't cancel the payment and charge me again. This ended up costing us an additional $55 from the rate I had gotten with our booking. Other than that, all was excellent. I would go back again!"

"Location wise, it was right outside of the main club and beach scene, but close enough to take a taxi to wherever we needed to go no problem. Staff was helpful upon arrival for check-in. Staff was also helpful whenever I needed towels or other help. I didn’t try the restaurant or the pool only because I didn’t have time but I think those were also really good, I wish I would’ve. Right around the corner from Mundo Restaurant which is the best lunch and dinner spot."

"Beautiful pool area and exceptional staff! I am very sensitive to musty air conditioners and ours had a smell and my throat was sore by the end of the stay (3 nights). We also found the bed to be very hard. The hotel overall was good, our room was not my favourite."
