Country House 'Calma' with Mountain View, Private Pool and Wi-Fi

Finca Calma, newly built in 2007, is located in a beautiful and quiet area between Arta and St. Llorenc in the east of Mallorca.



The finca features stylish modern architecture and offers a fantastic panoramic view of the surrounding mountain landscape. The house provides a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The fine sandy beaches of Cala Millor and Son Serra de Marina are only about 10 minutes away by car.



The high-quality interior design reflects great attention to detail and complements the house perfectly. There are two spacious bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—as well as two modern bathrooms, one of which is en suite, within a living space of 150 m². The large living room is uncluttered and exudes a cozy, modern ambiance. The dining room, situated between the kitchen and living room, offers direct access to the rear terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and of high quality. Several beautifully furnished and partially covered terraces are available at the front and rear of the house.



Beside the large pool with comfortable entrance steps is a paved pool terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The pool is also surrounded by a well-tended lawn garden. The garden is filled with colorful blooms, and fruit trees are spread throughout the extensive grounds, with guests welcome to enjoy the fruit.



The entire property is fully fenced and not visible from the outside, allowing you to enjoy the panoramic views and explore the natural beauty of the grounds in complete privacy.
