"Very warm welcome on arrival. Room was clean, adequate to what we paid for. Kitchen was well equipped and very clean. HB option was amazing! Food was very fresh , loads of option to cater for everyone including food intolerance (gluten free). Hotel location is good. It is slightly away from the most vibrant part but 10 min walk along the coast promenade is a you have to take. Indoor pool is fun, but much smaller than expected based on the online photos. Probably big enough for 1-2 families. Gym is very basic (2 bikes, 1 cross trainer and 1 running machine)."

"The entire place smelt fresh & clean. Everyone you saw from front desk staff to the laundry team greeted you with a smile & wished you a wonderful day. It was too cold to enjoy the outside amenities but the hot tub spa we did take advantage of…nice & clean but could have been a bit warmer. The food!!…was overwhelmingly amazing. Thank goodness we were riding as much as we did or we would have gained weight!"

"The suites are amazingly spacious and very clean. hotel is really well located we walked to old town alcudia from there, long walk but worth it as the buses passing by were pack solid. Very closed to the beach. Only downside is the size of the interior pool as there was a big storm in the island the pool was super small and very overcrowded."

"Room was leaking with rain. If you are vegan it is not ideal they do not have many options and you will get charged full price for a meal even though it is limitied."

"Lovely breakfast - excellent choice. Dinner at the hotel was also good. Beautiful view of the sea and spacious apartment. Was a bit disappointed that we left early on the last day at 7.45, breakfast was available from 8 am and when we informed reception the night before, they only offered us the option of a magdalena and coffee. We didn’t bother with that."

"Tired hotel which has been given a bit of a refurb. Service was ok, rooms basic but comfortable. Location was ok, a bit of a walk from Cala Millor but other restaurants, shops and beach in easy reach. Breakfast is served in a basement with no real day light which is a shame."
