We are sorry that your impression of the rooms was not entirely positive, but we would like to make some clarifications. As explained by our receptionist at check in, our rooms are equipped with everything described on the site (fridge, air conditioning, bathroom with all facilities, television..). Also all the published photos represented truthfully the rooms, so we do not understand what you refer to when you say "not as described on the website". As you said, you received an upgrade because you were assigned a room with a sea view. Instead your reservation was for a Classic room there are only on the ground floor. The room with sea view was not to your liking as it is not accessible by elevator that's why the following day we assigned you a Superior room as it was assigned to your fellow travelers. Finally, we would like to specify that on all booking channels it is specified that we are in a pedestrian square not accessible by car. For this reason, 7 days before arrival, as you know, we usually contact guests to ask for information about their arrival and if they need it, give more information about the garage that is 290 meters.
