Tamarijn Aruba All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Tamarijn Aruba. The rooms are not the newest, but they were cleaned daily, and the beds and towels were always clean and comfortable. The breakfast and lunch options were fairly ordinary. They were sufficient and we always found something to eat, but guests should not expect anything exceptional. In our opinion, Divi offered a more organized experience and slightly better quality for both breakfast and lunch. The good news is that Tamarijn guests can easily enjoy the restaurants and buffets at Divi as well. The quick food available at the bars, such as pizza and fries, was also simple but convenient after spending time at the beach or pool. The beach was one of the highlights of our trip. The white sand and crystal-clear water were beautiful, and we spent most of our time at the beach. The shuttle between Tamarijn and Divi runs frequently, and the walk between the two properties is short and easy. The biggest surprise was the quality of the specialty restaurants. Club Margot was outstanding for tapas, and Paparazzi served excellent Italian food. Both offered food and service well above what we expected from an all-inclusive resort. We found Tamarijn to be very family-friendly and would happily return in the future."

"The best part of this hotel is the beach by the sea tower. If your traveling to this hotel without kids I would recommend requesting ocean front in the sea tower. Beach is very nice, not as many kids and close to a quiet pool. I was very disappointed with the front desk managers. I made a very specific request to stay in the sea tower close to the friends we were traveling with. I booked the trip through Expedia and sent message directly to the hotel. when we arrived they placed us in the farthest tower away from our friends. When I asked about my request, the manager said they don't get notes from Expedia. . Very unusual since I’ve used Expedia many times to communicate with hotels and I’ve had no problems in the past. They did accommodate us in the sea tower, but I had one of the worst rooms overlooking the mechanics. I had to go back to the desk several times asking if we could move. finally when I offered to pay for an upgrade suddenly a room was available. I recommend you calling the desk directly if you have a specific request. The remaining staff at the hotel we’re all very pleasant. The rooms are very basic, but they were clean. The breakfast was very good, but I would also recommend heading down the beach and finding an outdoor restaurant to enjoy your breakfast with a view overall the Holiday Inn is fine if you need to stick to a budget. If you want something a little nicer I would look elsewhere."

Divi Village All Inclusive Villas

"I had a wonderful stay at Divi Aruba. The resort is beautiful, and the staff truly made the experience exceptional. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, and many even remembered my name, which made me feel valued throughout my stay. The restaurants were excellent, especially Mulligan’s, which became my favorite. I also met an amazing bartender at Tapas Bar who, I believe, won a Best Bartender competition in Aruba. He made some of the best cocktails I have ever had and was a highlight of my trip. There were a couple of areas that could be improved. My room had a noticeable musty odor upon arrival, but the staff responded quickly by providing a dehumidifier. I also had a stale croissant from the coffee shop, which was disappointing. Despite these minor issues, the outstanding service, beautiful property, and overall experience made for a memorable vacation, and I would happily recommend Divi Aruba to others."

"We had a few issues upon our arrival however staff manager & housekeeping manager were very helpful in addressing our concerns. The buffet food was cold and beds were uncomfortable so are the outside chairs on the patio. Be careful when you book your room and I will book directly with the hotel/ resort from now on."
