I found that there was not much comfort in the room during my stay. The service in the dining restaurant was disappointing, and I felt that there was a lack of respect for customers. I ordered dinner, and although I requested water, it was never brought to me until after I finished my meal and left.

Hotel Review – Spain
The hotel did a good job overall. They had tour information and discounts ready to go, which made planning activities easy. I had a lot of fun during my stay. However, the breakfast experience was disappointing — they seemed to rush guests out, and the bread served tasted stale or possibly spoiled. If not for that, this would have been a near-perfect experience.

Great location for the price and everywhere is accessible by local transport and walking. Everyday we walked into Triana and down by the river, but we prefer to walk anyway. The staff are very lovely in all sectors of the business and very polite. Some parts of the hotel are a little tired and could do with a lick of paint, We enjoyed our stay.
