A few minutes drive from the center of Santa Margherita Ligure, the house enjoys great privacy and an amazing view of the Gulf. The property offers convenient driveway access with several uncovered parking spaces. The house is divided into two levels and is divided as follows: entrance into a bright living area with dining area, completely furnished kitchen, single service bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor the sleeping area consisting of two double bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with bathtub, a double bedroom with sea view and a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and sea view. There's an amazing private garden with outdoor furnitures for summer dinners.
